Deactivating your Muroexe account

You can notify us that you want your data deleted by emailing userexperience@muroexe.com. You will be notified of your account deactivation by email. Deactivating your account will not allow you to access your purchase history.

 

Marketing

We want it to be easy for you to know about our new offers and/or take advantage of special offers on our website. Thus, you may receive emails or automatic notifications with information about offers and services that may be of interest to you.

1. How long do we keep your information for?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in section 2 “How we use your personal data” or to comply with our legal obligations.

For commercial purposes, the storage period will be 3 years from the date of your last activity, "last activity" referring to the purchase of our products, or any interaction with or reading of  our newsletters. After this time has elapsed, we will ask you again to indicate if you want us to continue sending you information and being in contact with you. Only in the event that you expressly indicate that you are interested via the means we give you, will we renew this contract; otherwise, we will not have commercial contact with you and will only resume if you make a new purchase or subscribe again to our information systems.

We may retain certain personal information for a longer period if such information is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and defend or exercise our rights. If you decide to request that all your personal data be deleted from our system, we promise to remove it from our website within a period of usually 14 days.
